DESCRIPTION: Join us on Friday, July 11 from 4pm in the beautiful Schlossgarten, Erlangen for an uplifting afternoon of yoga, creativity, and connection, hosted in collaboration with Highlights e.V. and International Student Network - Nürnberg Erlangen Fürth e.V.

We’ll begin with a grounding 45-min yoga class led by Ānshū, blending Hatha and Vinyasa styles with elements of breathwork and meditation to help you arrive fully in the moment.

After class, stay for a cosy wellness picnic featuring mindfulness-based board games, an art session to spark your creativity, and relaxed networking over drinks and snacks as the sun sets.

✨ This event is free and open to all, but registration is required
🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own mat and arrive 10 minutes early for registration
🥨 No need to bring anything else, cold drinks and snacks will be provided by Highlights e.V.
