DESCRIPTION: Ease into your weekend with our cosy autumn yoga mornings at Tanzwerkstatt studio in Gostenhof, every Saturday from 10am–11am. 

Led by Olga, these strong, alignment-focused classes explore deep poses that build strength and stability — a powerful way to energise your body and sharpen your focus for the weekend ahead.

After class, we may head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast — a relaxed way to connect and start the day together.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own mat and some kind of belt to help stretch more deeply!
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
