DESCRIPTION: Start your weekend with intention and presence at our Saturday morning yoga class from 10am–11am at Tanzwerkstatt studio in Gostenhof. 

This class blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with elements of breathwork, meditation, and mantra, creating a holistic practice that nurtures strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Ānshū’s inclusive approach will guide you to connect deeply with your breath, body, and mind.

After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast — a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own mat and arrive a few minutes early.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
