DESCRIPTION: Join us this Saturday from 10am–11am in at our calming studio for an energising morning yoga class. This gentle Vinyasa class is rooted in breath, presence, and self-compassion, offering slow, mindful flows that emphasize ease and inner connection. Welcoming beginners and anyone seeking a softer approach to Vinyasa, Solandra creates a supportive space to move with care, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

🧘‍♀️ Mats and all equipment are provided but you're welcome to bring your own.
🕰️ Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
