Start your weekend with intention and presence at our Saturday morning yoga class from 10am–11am at Citta Yoga near Kaulbachplatz.

This class blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with elements of breathwork, meditation, and mantra, creating a holistic practice that nurtures strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Ānshū’s inclusive approach will guide you to connect deeply with your breath, body, and mind.

🧘‍♀️ Mats and all equipment are provided but you're welcome to bring your own.
🕰️ Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.

Join us on Sunday morning from 10am–11am for an energising yoga class with Solandra in English. This gentle Vinyasa class is rooted in breath, presence, and self-compassion, offering slow, mindful flows that emphasize ease and inner connection. Welcoming beginners and anyone seeking a softer approach to Vinyasa, Solandra creates a supportive space to move with care, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.
