Join us this Sunday from 10am–11am in at our calming studio for an energising morning yoga class. This gentle Vinyasa class is rooted in breath, presence, and self-compassion, offering slow, mindful flows that emphasize ease and inner connection. Welcoming beginners and anyone seeking a softer approach to Vinyasa, Solandra creates a supportive space to move with care, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own mat though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet.
👖 There is space available for changing
🕰️ We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
