Join us this Sunday from 10am–11am in at our calming studio for an energising morning yoga class. Our all-levels practice blends elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kriya yoga to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and start your Sunday feeling grounded and refreshed.

After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own mat though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet.
👖 There is space available for changing
🕰️ We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.

Health & Safety
By joining our classes, you confirm you are physically able to participate and take part at your own risk. Please inform the teacher of any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy before class. We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation.

If you do not wish to appear, please inform the organiser before the session.
