DESCRIPTION: We will move through a series of poses, linked together with smooth, flowing transitions. 
This gentle and restorative class will help you de-stress, unwind, let go of daily distractions, and be more at peace when you leave. There will be some stretching, movement, and breathwork to help relieve tension or tightness in the body. Props are encouraged to help the body release (ie, mat, blocks, blankets, strap, etc). This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

Nos moveremos a través de una serie de posturas, enlazadas entre sí con transiciones suaves y fluidas. 
Esta clase suave y reparadora le ayudará a desestresarse, relajarse, dejar de lado las distracciones diarias, y estar más en paz al salir. Habrá algunos estiramientos, movimientos y respiraciones para ayudar a aliviar la tensión o rigidez del cuerpo. Se anima a los apoyos para ayudar a la liberación del cuerpo (es decir, estera, bloques, mantas, correa, etc). Esta clase es ideal tanto para principiantes como para practicantes experimentados.
