DESCRIPTION: A dynamic vinyasa flow class for all levels, offering opportunities to explore and advance postures in a welcoming and playful environment.

We move at a steady pace, beginning with vinyasas to connect breath and movement, before flowing through standing postures and work on the floor. Optional vinyasas throughout the practice. 

There are opportunities to play with arm balances and more advanced shapes if you feel like exploring, but options are always offered so you can move in a way that suits your body and how it feels that day.

We find a balance between steadiness and playfulness, building strength, confidence, and curiosity in your practice.
