Hatha Vinyasa classes blend two different types of yoga – Hatha and Vinyasa.
In this class, the teacher will guide you through a dynamic style of Hatha yoga with a sequence of movements synchronized with breath. This class is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
You will enjoy a moderate to fast paced class that helps to build strength and flexibility through movements and breath. It is also beneficial for boosting our circulation and immunity. After class you will feel energized and sleeping quality may also get improved!
