Looking for some yummy stretch?

This class focuses on connecting breath to postures, guiding students safely through poses that are designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body, while relaxing and focusing the mind.

Each class is unique and creatively sequenced by our instructor.

Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, using modifications(with support of props) or resting poses as needed.
