Join us for an afternoon of Restorative Yoga, a nourishing Organic Dinner and a Magical Meditation.
Weather permitting and for those who would like to, we will begin with a beautiful walk in the Adelaide Hills.
A fire will await us back at Springwood Studio, situated only 5 minutes up the freeway in the picturesque
Adelaide Hills. There will be time to journal and an opportunity to rest and restore.
