DESCRIPTION: When was the last time you truly nurtured yourself, spent time in nature, connected with like minded women and offered yourself some self care?

This retreat day offers all that and more. It is a day of rest, reflect, restore and reset.

SPRINGWOOD STUDIO is the perfect environment for retreat, set amongst ancient gums and rolling hills, makes reflection and relaxing easy!

This day will begin with a women's circle followed by a 90 minute restorative yoga session with Prue Klausner. (my personal teacher!). 

Prue is Iyenga based and  brings a lot of spirituality to her sessions. Just like me, she is  a moon goddess and uses the lunar cycles. She is also a Shiatsu massage therapist and is highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding the body.

If you have not experienced a Yoga class or have any concerns, Prue will be happy to discuss this with you and will adapt the poses to suit all levels. She is very experienced, kind and amazing.

I will then take you on a meditation journey with my  "Winter Goddess" meditation.

Some journalling time will allow you to create and manifest your deepest wishes followed by a wonderful organic dinner together, home cooked with love by me.

These retreat days are deeply restorative and nurturing.
