India Wallace has a “Meditation Teachers” certificate from The Gawler Foundation and has led “Learn to Meditate” at Buddha House and Cancer Care Centre. As a practicing Buddhist she has been meditating for 19 years and offers practical advice to motivate you and begin your own Meditation Journey.

The time has come to let go of the deeply restorative energy of the cold winter days and step into the magical season of Spring!
This day will begin with a steady paced nature walk in the Adelaide Hills (for those that would like to), then back to to the picturesque Springwood Studio.
As we share in a women's circle we will make a garland of flowers to wear &and to take home to keep and dry.
Sam Smith will take us through a Spring Yoga Session.
Sam makes the ancient practice of yoga accessible to all in her classes, regardless of age and experience so that all can benefit from bringing together mind, body and breath.
The deep peace she felt at the end of her first yoga class over 20 years ago changed her life and set her on a dedicated path of yoga.
Focusing on body and breath in postures (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) helps quieten the busy mind chatter of everyday life and connect with self.
Sam is passionate about sequencing classes in a way that connects students deeply with their body and breath. She uses the different physical and energetic effects of different asanas to energise, rebalance, nourish and restore.
Her approach is warm and supportive, and her classes are an opportunity to take time out, open your body and come home to yourself.
Sam is certified to teach Iyengar yoga, which is based on a long lineage from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the teachings of BKS Iyengar. She lives in the beautiful Adelaide Hills and loves sharing yoga at Unfold Yoga + Wellbeing in Mount Barker and Hills Yoga School in Stirling.
If you have not experienced a Yoga class or have any concerns Sam will be happy to discuss this with you & will adapt the poses to suit all levels. She is one of my Yoga teachers & very experienced, kind & amazing.
Following our session we will enjoy an organic dinner together. Made with love by me!
Some journalling time will allow us to create and manifest our deepest wishes and dreams for the season and the day will end with a Yoga Nidra and guided Meditation to seal all the love of the day with the Goddess of Spring.
