Experience the powerful combination of intentional movement and restorative sound therapy with special guest Kari in the beautiful surroundings of het Kolkhuis in Hattem.

Slow Flow Yoga is a mindful, strength-building practice that combines full range of motion, controlled movement and bodily awareness. You will be guided carefully into each yoga pose with particular attention to alignment, technique and building a strong foundation. Expect plenty of opportunities to work on strength, balance and flexibility without rushing from one pose to the next. The slower pace of this class allows you to feel what is happening in your body, to modify or to back off whenever something feels too intense. Come ready to move, explore and pay attention to your body as it moves with awareness.

As the final movements of the Slow Flow session settle into stillness, you'll be guided into a 45-minute immersive sound journey—a space where nothing is required of you except to receive. Wrapped in the resonant tones of gongs, Himalayan bowls, chimes and carefully woven layers of sound, you'll be invited to soften beyond effort and sink into deep rest. The vibrations become more than something you hear—they become something you feel, gently creating space for the body to unwind, the mind to quieten, and the nervous system to exhale. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
