DESCRIPTION: Enjoy a Reformer Pilates class at our Termonfeckin studio, delivered through a high-quality, app-led programme streamed on the studio TV. Each session is designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness, helping you feel calm, strong, and energised.

Classes can be booked with friends or individually. If you book on your own, you may be paired with another participant. If you are the only booking, I will join the session to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. If you would prefer privacy, this can also be arranged, allowing you to enjoy the studio space independently.

I’ll always be nearby if you need assistance, while the class itself remains app-led, giving you the freedom to focus fully on your movement and your workout.
