DESCRIPTION: The Mysore Style is the traditional way of learning Ashtanga Yoga, a method that was developed in the city of Mysore, in southern India. It’s a guided self-practice space where each student progresses at their own pace, receiving personalized adjustments and one-on-one guidance.

These sessions are designed both for those who want to build a solid foundation in the method and for advanced practitioners seeking to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of the practice. They’re also ideal for those familiar with the Rocket Yoga sequences who want to improve control, fluidity, and alignment in key transitions and postures.

Here, every breath, every movement, and every adjustment matters. Through a precise and detailed approach, you’ll receive high-quality instruction rooted in my experience with both Ashtanga and Rocket. My aim is to help you develop a conscious, strong, and sustainable practice—exploring both the beauty and the intensity of the method.

The class will be led both in Spanish and English in the beautiful domo of Casa Munich Boutique Hotel in Ses Salines, a few minutes away from the beach, close to Ibiza city and Ibiza airport.
