Join me for a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session — from the comfort of your own space. ♡
Now that I’m not in Belgium to guide these sessions in person, I’d love to hold space for you online — a gentle moment to come home to yourself, rest deeply, and reconnect.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep, supported rest where nothing is asked of you.
It invites you into the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and bring you back into your body. A space to soften, to surrender, and to receive exactly what you need.
Details:
· Time: 19:00–20:00 (CEST)
· Where: Google Meet
· What to bring: A quiet space, yoga mat or soft surface, blanket, and perhaps a pillow for under your knees or head. Optional: eye pillow, essential oil, or a warm tea to close your practice.
