DESCRIPTION: Did you know that there are lots of simple things that you can do to help support some of the symptoms of the menopause.

We will focus on some of the different aspect of the menopause from reducing anxiety, hot flushes and rage.

There can be so many negative connotations around menopause and there is not enough good information to support women on this journey but with a few tweaks we can make this journey so much easier and positive. 

Sometimes this period of life can feel quite overwhelming so these classes are  a great way to connect with other women going through the same thing.
