This class is a dreamy combination of restorative yoga and deep, yogic rest (yoga nidra). Wind down on your Monday with a passive practice supported by props, which allows your nervous system to settle while also creating space in the body, mind and spirit. Class will finish with a guided relaxation that will be the perfect transition into your evening.

--Please arrive 10 min early for class.
--Those that register in advance have priority in the event of a full class.
--10 class pack and unlimited monthly students must register in advance. 
--If class is full/waitlisted, pre-reserved spots will be released 5minutes before class time if student is not present. 
--We are cash-only at this time--your payments for any drop-in or class packages will be made in studio upon check-in.
--If you need to cancel, please do so within two hours of the class. Frequent no-shows may result in a penalty at the discretion of the studio director. 
--Teachers for each week are fairly consistent, but may change due to scheduling needs.
