De-mystify the handstand through building blocks, drills and assists. 

Handstand Lab is an extremely accessible workshop that thoroughly covers handstand, with an emphasis on alignment, actions within various parts of the body, and drills/assists. This is a great workshop to help you take the beginning steps toward handstand or to refine your existing practice. This is accessible for most, as we spend a good bit of the workshop right-side up to establish the building blocks of the pose. Then, those that feel ready can start to flip things upside down with assists and spots.
