Womb Yoga is the practice of honoring the sacred seat of creation, our womb space, through owning the Goddess. In this practice we are utilizing healing, energizing and balancing postures from the pyramids, tombs and ancient writings of Kemet (Ancient Egypt). 

This class is an introduction level practice, created for all who connect with a physical or e energetic womb.  

We utilize sacred movement, words and meditation to connect with our seat of power.

About Treina:
Treina is a life entrepreneur and the founder and caretaker of YogaLove, a yoga studio in North Oakland, CA. She also leads  yoga retreats to Yelapa, Mexico and the Bay Area.  She has over 850 hours of yoga training and is certified to teach Womb, Yin .Vinyasa Flow, and Smai Tawi aka Egyptian Yoga.
Treina found Yoga during her career as a Makeup Artist. She found movement and meditation calmed her on movie & photography shoots.  She finds beauty in everything.
