Please note that studio doors for the early 8am classes open only 10min before class.

This gentle morning flow will wake you up and get you feeling great for the day ahead!

--Please arrive 10min early for class.
--Those that register in advance have priority in the event of a full class.
--5+10 class pack and unlimited monthly students must register in advance. 
--If class is full/waitlisted, pre-reserved spots will be released 5minutes before class time if student is not present. 
--We are cash-only at this time--your payments for any drop-in or class packages will be made in studio upon check-in.
--If you need to cancel, please do so within two hours of the class. Frequent no-shows may result in a penalty at the discretion of the studio director.
