Embrace the power of the full moon at Flying Heart Yoga Puerto Vallarta! On Wednesday, October 16, from 7:00 to 8:00pm, we're hosting a special Full Moon Ceremony Soundbath led by Willis Johnston and Sam Cress.

This immersive sound journey will guide you through a powerful soundscape using Tibetan and crystal bowls, tongue drum, ladder chimes, Koshi bells, and more! As the sounds wash over you, you'll have the opportunity to:

Celebrate: Honor your achievements and intentions under the heightened energy of the full moon.
Release: Let go of stress, anxieties, and anything that no longer serves you, aligning with the full moon's energy of renewal.

Rest: Deepen your relaxation and find inner peace, allowing the sounds to soothe your mind and body.
We'll provide everything for your comfort: mats, eye pillows, bolsters, and blankets. This is a guided experience, so simply come ready to relax and receive. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for rest.
