Join Brenda and Sam for an evening of exploration through guided meditation, mindfulness practices and interactive activities to learn some simple, practical and effective ways to create more love and connection. This evening is an opportunity to reflect and explore in a welcoming and safe space where we can connect to ourselves and each other.
