This workshop on restorative yoga will focus both on the theory of a restorative practice through the Katonah Yoga lens, as well as a close look into the set-ups of restorative poses and adjustments while in the poses. We will explore what happens within a Katonah Yoga restorative posture with the breath maps and wraps available in the practice. We will train students in Katonah methodology focusing on theory and applications.
