Full Moon Sound Bath

Join us for a restorative Full Moon Sound Bath—an immersive experience designed to help you pause, ground, and release.

Full moon vibes support us by supercharging the potency of our intentions. 

Through various sounds including bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments, you’ll be guided into deep rest while sound vibrations gently support the body’s natural process of letting go. Participants are invited to connect inward—notice where you feel tension or heaviness, and allow the sound to meet you there.

We’ll weave in moments of intentional presence and optional gentle self-touch for grounding, so each person can receive in the way that feels right for them. This isn’t about “fixing” anything—it’s about creating space for your own body and spirit to soften, release, and realign under the fullness of the moon.

No experience necessary. Simply come as you are, and allow yourself to be held in sound.
