DESCRIPTION: Wind Down Wednesdays is a calming evening practice to help you reconnect with your body, release the week’s tension, and restore a sense of calm. Through gentle movements, restorative poses and somatic awareness, you'll soothe your nervous system and unwind emotionally and physically. Subtle astrology themes will offer insights to support your healing and bring you back to a state of regulation and peace.

--Please arrive 5-10min early for class.
--Those that register in advance have priority in the event of a full class.
--10 class pack and unlimited monthly students must register in advance.
--If class is full/waitlisted, pre-reserved spots will be released 5minutes before class time if student is not present.
--We are cash-only at this time--your payments for any drop-in or class packages will be made in studio upon check-in.
--If you need to cancel, please do so within two hours of the class. Frequent no-shows may result in a penalty at the discretion of the studio director.
