Unlock your client's hips, glutes, thighs & calves.

Take your bodywork practice to the next level. Over two sessions, you'll learn to confidently incorporate assisted stretching into your work with clients.

What you'll learn:
•⁠  ⁠Thai Yoga Massage techniques
•⁠  ⁠Stretching with props
•⁠  ⁠Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) — a technique for deeper, safer stretches
•⁠  ⁠Parasympathetic breathing techniques to help clients relax into the stretch
