DESCRIPTION: A vision board is an opportunity to get clear about your goals and dreams. Clarity is important, because what we focus on is what we create. It is a creative expression that will serve as a tool to inspire you and a reminder of what's important as you move through your daily life.

We will begin with 15 minutes of movement, go through a short writing exercise together and spend the remainder of the time on our boards. We will provide snacks, your poster board, magazines and other decorative items. Please bring any special photos, quotes or imagery that you would like to include in your creation.
