DESCRIPTION: We are partnering with Ripple Wellness to offer a monthly donation-based gathering. We will rotate teachers to lead this group so each month will bring you a new experience.

Join Mari Coryell for an extended OHM (Om, Aum) circle. Mari will share the history and meaning of the mantra OHM, she will then guide us in chant followed by silence to close and absorb our practice.

No experience necessary. Props will be provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite meditation seats if you have one.

$10-15 suggested cash donation to the teacher.
