DESCRIPTION: Music As Medicine: explore the ancient practices of mantra, devotional singing, and somatic vocalization to engage with the subtle energies within and around us, building a relationship of trust with our bodies, our mother earth, and our reality. No experience is necessary - come ready to use your voice and your body. It doesn't matter how it sounds, only how it feels. And it's going to feel really, really good.

We are partnering with Ripple Wellness to offer a monthly donation-based gathering. We will rotate teachers to lead this group so each month will bring you a new experience. $15

Please bring a yoga mat. Mats are available for rent at the studio for $2 if you need one. Props will be provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite meditation pillows if you have one.
