DESCRIPTION: In this extended 1.5hr practice. We will start with an intention-setting ceremony followed by a vinyasa flow then enjoy a long cool down with a yin sequence. Students will receive writing prompts and guided meditation to seal their practice. Winter is the most Yin time of year when we naturally go inward and seek introspection, this practice is designed to support you in that transition. $22
