DESCRIPTION: Understand the pelvic floor in relation to hip, back, and knee pain. Also, learn to access the musculature effectively and engage in various positions. We will also explore the relationship between yoga applications and asanas, verbiage available to aid in students&#039; understanding, and the importance of awareness in this part of the body.

Pelvic floor exercises are designed to improve your muscle tone. In addition, they improve your brain connection to these muscles. Pelvic floor exercises are ideal for women experiencing pregnancy (pre/post), injury from surgery or childbirth, incontinence, nerve damage, etc.

Minimum 5 students are required to host the workshop.
