DESCRIPTION: In this introductory class, students will learn the basic protocol for healing themselves using Reiki. "Reiki" is a Japanese word that translates as "life force energy." ("Ki" in Japanese is the same as the "Qi" energy of Chinese Medicine.) Reiki can assist us with healing, grounding, meditation, personal and spiritual growth, and helps to increase our capacity for peace and compassion. Students will receive a Reiki I attunement, learn about the origins of Reiki, receive instruction on the chakra system, and learn how to administer a full Reiki treatment for themselves. Written course materials are provided. There is no pre-requisite or healing arts background required for this class. Simply bring an open mind with curiosity to learn and grow. 

Please bring a journal, pen, and water bottle.

Minimum 4 students are required to host the workshop.
