DESCRIPTION: Join us OUTSIDE this Summer for Yoga In the Park at Reflection Plaza in downtown Washougal! Yoga classes will involve physical poses and breathing techniques (pranayama). These classes are suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. During inclement weather, classes will be held at Forest Moon Yoga (1830 Main St). Students will be notified via email 24 hours prior to class of schedule changes.
