DESCRIPTION: Relax in a nurturing environment that supports meditation, self-discovery, and rejuvenation. Together Ashlee & Laura will each play 14 crystal bowls associated with each of the chakras for an explorative experience with healing vibration and sound. Class will start with gentle movement followed by a 45min. sound bath.

We recommend bringing water, a mat, and anything to help you feel comfortable. Blankets & bolsters are available at the studio.
