DESCRIPTION: Join Pam on the Solstice for a 2hr. workshop to help shift into Summer and the coming months. We will begin class with a fire ritual which will help clear your mind and body of stagnant energy. During the 1.5hr practice, you will unblock your Chakras in a sequence designed to open them up one by one. Pam will guide your practice with information about each Chakra as we move thru the practice. 

Students will receive a handout via email to dive deeper into the topic.
