DESCRIPTION: Summer is the most "yang" time of year. It is the season of abundance, where things come into maturity & life is in full bloom. It can also lead to burnout. During this workshop, we will work to COOL the effects of the season so you transition easily. Students will enjoy a Yin practice with 4-5 poses, followed by an extended savanna accompanied by acupuncture. Join Pam &  Dr. Kate Sydney, ND, LAc, for this transformative experience!
