Description
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) considers Qi (chi) to be your vital life force energy. Yin Yoga combines TCM theories with traditional yoga postures. Yin Yoga is designed to stress the joints and ligaments with the assistance of props to release tension in the body. In this workshop, we will explore how to use Yin Yoga in alignment with the seasons to keep you balanced.
