General terms of forest moon yoga
CLASS PACKAGES
5 and 10 class packages have 3 or 6 month expiration dates and are valid for studio classes. Class Packages may be shared with one other person in the same household (i.e. a child or spouse) ONLY. Class Packages are non-refundable. Workshops are not included in Class Packages.
MEMBERSHIPS (Unlimited yoga):
6 month autopay membership is a 6 month commitment that requires 30 days notice to cancel. All other unlimited memberships are non-refundable. You may not share or transfer your membership to another student. Memberships are valid for studio and on-demand classes. Workshops are not included in Memberships. Placing yearly memberships on hold is not allowed unless there is an extreme circumstance. Autopay memberships MAY request holds on a case-by-case basis and will be authorized ONCE during a membership period. Placing holds is not guaranteed, written request must be submitted to the studio.
WORKSHOP POLICIES
We recommend that you pre-register for a workshop to save your space and to ensure the workshop will take place. To register, use the Momoyoga App or contact the studio/sign up in person. In the event that we need to cancel an event or workshop, we will refund your deposit.
CANCELLATIONS: at least two weeks prior to the start of the event- the student will receive a full refund, less than two weeks prior to the start of the event- the student will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations 48 hours or less prior to an event. If an event needs to be rescheduled, your original deposit will confirm your spot. If you are unable to make the new date & time you will be offered a full refund.
PRIVATE CLASSES
In the event that we need to cancel a class, we will refund your deposit. CANCELLATIONS: at least two weeks prior to the class- the student will receive a full refund, less than two weeks prior to the class- the student will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations 24 hours or less prior to class. If the student arrives late, class will end according to the schedule.
CANCELLATIONS
Class cancelations must be made twelve (12) hours prior to class start time to avoid charges. If the studio cancels class, your account will not be charged.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Your safety is important to us! In the event of closing due to snow or other inclement weather we will cancel classes via the Momoyoga App and send email notification to all registered Yogis. We will also post via Instagram and Facebook. We will follow the Washougal SD when determining closing the studio.
