Please mind there is not so much shade, so please wear sunscreen in case it is hot.

❗ IMPORTANT❗

🌸 Bring your own mat and any props, please! This is for hygienic reasons. You might want to bring something to put under your mat to protect it from potential dirt and grass stains.
🌸 We will keep a 1,5-meter distance between the mats. You don't need to wear a mask.
🌸 Wear enough clothes layers to feel warm. Bring your blanket to feel cosy during the final relaxation!
🌸 Bring your own water/tea for during the practice
🌸 Registration online is possible up to 1 hour before the class.
🌸 Price: 12 euro
🌸 The class might be cancelled if fewer than 3 participants and if the weather is rainy, and I will notify you by e-mail.

Hatha yoga combines physical postures (asanas), breathing and meditation techniques designed to remove blockages in your body and mind. After the class, you will feel relaxed and energized, your mood will improve, and you would want to fly like a bird! 😊
