DESCRIPTION: This is a very special class organised in cooperation with Stefan, who is an amateur musician.  Stefan plays piano and handpan and performs improvised theatre, as well as a practitioner of yoga and meditation, and is fascinated by how to improvise supporting music for the performing arts, yoga and meditation sessions. In this Yoga Nidra class he will play a Halo Sirena handpan.
