DESCRIPTION: Rest & Reset yoga is a 60 min class with a combination of soft Hatha yoga and yoga Nidra. Have never heard of yoga Nidra before? It is the most relaxing yoga technique! It improves sleep, releases tension and chronic pain, reduces stress and anxiety... Lots of benefits!

🌸 Please wear a face mask and keep it until you settle on your mat. Then you can remove it.
🌸 Please use hand gel upon your arrival (available in the studio)
🌸 We will keep a 1,5 meter distance (from face to face) so you can practice yoga safely.
🌸 Please bring own yoga mat and blanket. Yoga blocks are available.
🌸 Bring your own water / tea for during the practice.
