DESCRIPTION: Yoga offers so many ways to engage in a single pose. This class is a mystery even to the teacher. Each student will randomly choose a pose from a selection and a body part that will benefit from it for us to do. Invite greater balance and stability as you choose to use a chair (or not) in seated and standing poses. Move slowly in and our of poses with your intentional breath. Increase balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
