Description
This 60-minute class is divided into two 30-minute segments. The first 30 minutes is low impact, cardio aerobics with endurance exercises to develop heart and lung capacity. The second 30 minutes involves moderate weight training, stretching, and mat work for strengthening and stretching. This class provides a complete total body workout. Intensity: Moderate to High.
