Studio Etiquette:

As stated before, please be on time for your class. Being late can be stressful for you, your classmates, and the class instructor, as well as disrupt the class if it has already started.

Speak to your instructor about any injuries prior to class beginning. Our instructors are there to help you on your fitness and wellness journey and are open to modifying an exercise, action, or pose, but they won't know unless you tell them.

We encourage you not to be on your devices during class and have them silenced. We are a close-knit community at Full Distance, and we encourage all of our class attendees to be present and free of distraction from devices

Please be aware of your body and movements to prevent collisions and possible injury. Mind your steps and be careful not to bump your classmate, especially in a high-intensity class.

As stated, we are a close-knit community here, and our class attendees always lend a hand in putting away and disinfecting their mats or equipment when class is over. Our instructors much appreciate it.

Lastly, please be kind to your classmates and instructors. Full Distance is a place for people to be themselves and feel comfortable as they embark on their wellness journey. Our studio is a judgment-free zone. We want to maintain an environment of positivity, compassion, and respect. Though we encourage communication, we discourage gossip. At Full Distance, we value our customers' feedback and suggestions as long as they are presented in a kind manner.

Risks:

Please follow all instructions given to you by your Full Distance instructor and acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

Our classes may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.
