DESCRIPTION: At Full Distance, we hold monthly Aerial Yoga Beginner’s Workshops for those looking to start taking Teresas Aerial Yoga classes. This workshop is mandatory for beginners and first-time Aerial Yoga attendees. We provide Aerial Yoga classes and workshops to people ages 13 and up. During the workshop, Teresa will review the equipment and techniques to enjoy an Aerial Yoga class safely. After you have been introduced to all of the terminology and techniques, Teresa will begin to show you some basic stretches and tricks using the hammocks.
