Online Yin classes offer long, meditative yoga holds that release stress and tension from the body, explore subtle energies and penetrate deep into the connective tissues of the body. Positions may be held from 3-7 minutes and may be enhanced by supportive props like bolsters/pillows, blankets or blocks/books.
"Please come prepared with a few props, we will be working with a few DIY home props in our practice tonight and all Yin classes.
If you do not have regular yoga props, please modify with:
— Instead of Bolster = 1 x Sleeping Pillow/Cushion - somewhat firm!
— Instead of Blocks = 2 x Thick books or Lunch box containers (the same size)
— Instead of Yoga Strap = 1 x Waist Belt/Robe Belt
— Instead of Yoga Blanket = 1 x Regular Blanket/Towel"
