DESCRIPTION: A beautiful class designed to incorporate Baby yoga postures alongside Mummy. The class incorporates pelvic floor, upper and lower back and shoulders, to strengthen as well as release tension. You will learn breath and awareness techniques which will help you to relax and to increase energy levels when needed. After the class we invite Mummies and their babies to enjoy a tea or coffee together in the cafe area to create a nice social environment to those wishing to meet other Mothers.
